360 Car Care offers mobile car detailing services including but not limited to interior detailing, exterior detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings can be made online or over the phone. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing access to their vehicles and ensuring a safe working environment for our technicians. We are not liable for any damage caused by customer negligence or failure to provide proper access.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue, including revisiting to redo the service free of charge.

7. Liability

360 Car Care is not liable for any pre-existing damages or conditions of your vehicle. We are also not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during the service.
